We understand that you may be waiting a while on hold after connecting with the office to talk to a receptionist. When you call the office your call is placed in a call centre que and that allows us to take calls in the order they arrive, where in the past you would simply receive a busy signal.
If you feel you are waiting a long time to speak to a receptionist after your call has been put in the queue that is because we have a very busy clinic with an average of 500 calls daily.
Unfortunately, if you are still using a rotary phone you will have to wait on the line until your call is answered.
Your call will be placed in the call centre queue, the same way it would be if you called with a digital phone.
